... cosa dice la gente » estaurants. The only negative thing I found about the hotel is that not all staff spoke Spanish, and as a Spanish customer and staying in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) the minimum I expect is all members of staff to speak the language!

This is a very comfortable hotel with (for the most part) friendlystaff. We particularly liked the Terrace Restaurant and the poolatmosphere was relaxed and child friendly (without allowing thechildren to take over). Well managed establishment. We enjoyed our stayvery much.

Location, staff attempts at responding to requests : they really
tried.Spa is fantastic, but underused as guests dont seem to know about

In the remote location, they offer the luxury and relax environment to stay and you wouldn't like to go out. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful, staffs in the restaurant also very knowledgeable on the menu they offer and introducing lot of local ingredients! We also like the outdoor jacuzzi a lot! -
