On arrival , we were checked in by rafeal .he went out of his way to
find out for us which bottled water was low sodium , as the water was
for our 4 month old baby .he rang his wife to find out . The apartment
itself was lovely , everything you could need was provided. Very clean .
Pool is perfect there and lifeguard on duty full day . Complex is

We have just returned from a week long stay in Club del Carmen. This was our fourth trip to Lanzarote and our first stay in this wonderful apartment complex. The apartments are superbly equipped, beds very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. All apartments are south facing and balconies get full sunshine. We hope to return next year.

The bungalows were spacious, clean and in a quiet setting a few hundred
metres back from the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Self catering
kitchenette was adequately equipped. I think we were a little spoilt
with an upstairs unit giving us a sea view and a private patio, on which

We enjoyed the peaceful independent side of the bungalows,although the
single beds were very hard.It was a good relaxing holiday and quiet
perhaps not enouhh entertainmrnt in the evening.Puerto del Carmen wAll

Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Our plane landed late at night
and they were waiting for us at the reception desk as agreed. They
helped also with internet connection, printing and other needed
information. The palce is nice, it is cleaned every day, also the

I found the staff very friendly from the start. On check in we were asked our names. The next day the staff refered to us by name which I found to create a very personal feel.

The apartments were just what we expected,very clean and comfortable.
All the staff were very friendly.Only a 10 minute walk to the main
strip, taxi from there to the apartment was only 3-4 euros. The pool bar
was open 7 days a week, very friendly barman who gave us a free jug of
Sangria when we first met him.Really enjoyed our stay.As some other
