  Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day.   We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartments were basic but clean. The numerous pools were lovely and not over crowded. Plenty of beds available by the pool. The staff were fantastic, and the bar/restaurant had lovely food and great offers on drinks and also had entertainment every night. The only negative (I don't want to write it in the negative column as it wasn't anything negative against the complex) was - Appartments were spacious, clean and well maintained. The entire complex was cleaned each morning, pools cleaned daily and treated each evening. Loads of sun loungers, all looked new and again well maintained. Food in the restaurant/bar was excellent and good value for money. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the restaurant staff and Evan in the pool side bar, very welcoming, friendly and brilliant with kids, ensured everyone was included in activities. All in all, really enjoyed

  The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!! Emma in the restaurant was just fantastic and there were plenty of sun beds at the poolside ... cosa dice la gente » ( which was very clean). A great place to holiday - It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.

  Great location, the buffets for both breakfast and dinner are fine. The pool area is also a very attractive feature of this place. The room itself was practical and had airco, we didn't experience noise from the neighbors. I woud like to express my sympathy for the reception workers. We left in the evening and put our bags into storage when we checked out, deciding to spend the remaining hours on the lovely - We enjoyed everything about our stay.With in one hour of our arrival we upgraded to all inclusive from half board because we could see no reason to leave this place during our stay.The location is like a little oasis of heaven if you want to just relax and do as little as possible to recharge your batteries.It is so easy to get to from the airport, just a little over 10 Eoro's and about 5 mins.We will deffinately go back :-)

  The bungalows were spacious, clean and in a quiet setting a few hundred metres back from the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Self catering kitchenette was adequately equipped. The staff were extremely helpful, and we managed to extend out stay by an extra night in the same apartment for the same rate. I would highly recommend it.

  Excellent value for money, their staff were very friendly and polite, basic and simple, only 5 min walk from the beach and none of the noise from Puerto del Carmen nightlife (which is an extra bonus if you travel with young kids) - it was near the airport and about a ten minute walk into the main town, it was nice and quiet, rooms were fine, nice... cosa dice la gente » pool area, basic but that's all we expected, all in all a good all round inexpensive place to stay

  I asked for a downstairs apartment and that is what I got. I stayed with my two elderly parents and they loved it. If you need anything ask.... yes it is a bit dated and wouldn't recommend for people with young kids as the pool is more adult orientated. The staff are a credit to this apartment block! well done! - I love this place and have stayed there 2 or 3 times already. It's a family run business and they treat their guests a bit like family too. Javier will help you out with tips for your holiday and is always on hand to helpp out, if needed. They don't chare you for silly things like safe keys and the loan of a DVD player and I feel very 'ay home' when there. It's also great value for money and the apartments are a good size.

The pool loungers were very comfortable, pool area very clean and blissfully peacefull- no kids.
