Location, staff attempts at responding to requests : they really
tried.Spa is fantastic, but underused as guests dont seem to know about
it - we talked to 7 + guests who had been staying for a week and they
all thought it was an additional charge fopr entry -

Hotel is about 8 or 9 years old but looks brand new. Great pools (one for young children, one for adults). Great location in Puerto de Soller (but if your main interest is to go to beaches, I would recommend other locations like Cala D'or or Alcudia). Lovely clean hotel with helpfull staff, breakfast was great especially squeezing your own orange juice. Had a room facing the mountains, although not sea view the mountain view was great, really refreshing. The balcony was large so drinks in the evening was relaxing. Staff were great and very accommadating booking restaurants etc specially for the surrounding areas.
One street away from the beach and in a fairly quiet location.

This is a good basic hotel, but with luxurious location! The sea, the beach, the view are wonderful from the hotel, you can hop in the sea just like that. Best hotel that I have during my trip in mallorca. Excellent location
with 3 meters to the sea. The hotel upgrade the room for us for free.
Although there is no balcony, but I still think is quite nice, would
like to stay in the room and look at the sea for whole day. Breakfast is
good but not that much to choose. They also provide orange that you can
make yourself fresh orange juice.

Reception staff were just so nice and helpful! Super! For all non-pretentious/non-pompous types an absolute gem. - Good breakfast buffet with freshly cooked food. Large room. Very good standard for the price.

Our Family Room represented excellent value for money: the children slept in a separate sleeping area that could be closed off from the very large main room with master bed, TV, sofa etc, so we could stay up later without keeping them awake. Hotel Miramar is well situated towards the older part of Port de Soller and was very handy for the two small supermarkets just around the corner - very important for the budget conscious traveller! The hotel meets all expectations. Don't expect a design-room, but the hotel is extremely clean and the breakfast buffet is much better than what is on offer in other Spanish hotels. What deserves mentioning is that the staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The perfect hotel for a low-budget vacation and an ideal location to discover the west/north coast of Mallorca and it's mountains.
