That it was clean, the friendly staff, the location of the apartment (close to pool), we liked the "backyard" where our kids could run around. The kitchen was well equipped. - Staff was very helpfull and professional. All in all great place to relax. Pools were good for kids too.

Good food and accommodation - Nice location, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is new, clean and quite an impressive building, nice pool and access to good beach. Buffet food of generally high standard, although very large and impersonal eating area. Good undercover secure and free parking.

Ottimo hotel, essenziale. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera e non nell'appartamento. wifi funzionante. Ottimo set bagno. ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Chiclana nel periodo di metà settembre è morta e quasi spettrale se nn fosse per la bellissima spiaggia della barrosa che si trova a 100 mt dall'hotel. Hotel nuovo. Ampia disponibilita di parch

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. From the beginning, we felt welcome, at home, staff was nice and helpful - the lady had very good advices for restaurants, i forgot my scarf in the room and they sent it back in 48hrs! The hotel was run by very friendly staff who did not speak much English and we spoke very little Spanish. We managed perfectly and the staff were very helpful. For the price we got great value for money and enjoyed it immensely. -
