The apartment is not very big but it is modern furnished and very clean. The perfect apartment for two people. The location is very close to the center. The staff is very friendly.
Location was great - easy walking distance to main city centre tourist attractions, plenty of bars, cafes restaurants. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious.

The actual apartment was great - perfect for a small family and very clean and tastefully decorated.
Position near the Prado and other museums was excellent, it also had a lift which was convenient.

Staff was punctual and was there to receive us on arrival and show us the room and the facilities.
No air-con and very noisy outside - to 4 am Friday and Saturday nights.
The huge negative is that the internet didn´t work - and in spite of attempts by staff this was still the case when we left 2 days later. Since there is no reception, and we had no internet (and no phone that works in Spain) we could not even regularly communicate that this is still not solved. I think this place is better for longer stays than 2 days - given that there is no reception. At least on arrival and departure staff was there punctually at time agreed.
We had a first floor apartment which meant alot of street noise during the night, not as big a problem if you are out at the bars till late.

If it were much warmer it would have been uncomfotable as the apartment does not have air conditioning.

We did not sleep well during our stay as in a first floor apartment. Alot of street noise and refuse collection very noisey.
We had to call for towels as they have forgotten to leave some. We paid the extra fee for late check in even for 15 minutes after 21:00.
This particular apartment should not be rented out during the summer months as there are no air condition. The room itself is hotter than outside. We are from the tropics and cannot stand the heat. Returned the room after the 1st night even though we had paid for 3 nights. They offered to "upgrade" us to another apartment at additional 30 euros per night after we had already book another non-refundable hotel when they did not respond to my earlier message.
