Pedestrian street starts from the hotel. Cafeterias, restaurants nearby. Parking garage (Pl. Roma) entrance right next the hotel entrance (16 Eu/day). Very satisfied, recommend highly. - We liked the location which is close to all must visits when you are in Seville.. Santa Cruz, Plaza Espagnia, Cathedral, Alcazar, river side, flamenco shows, etc. The hostal is very basic, good for sleep and shower. The shower was excellent and the bathroom decoration was very pleasant (i.e nice colored tiles specific for Seville). The internet works well as well.

  The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. The weather was warm, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It was set too cold but we figured out how to moderate the temperature. The apartment is convenient to the city bus system for transport into and - Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings, that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I strongly recommend it!

Everything is well within walking distance. Our room (ground floor facing the patio) was quiet and cleaned daily. We found the matresses were fine (firm, though). Save entrance, kind staff, good Wi-Fi connection, both in our room and on the patio. Breakfast is not included, but there are very affordable and good breakfast bars around the corner.

The rest of the staff non-existent - Perfect location, design of the hotel. Parking: This is not a downside of the hotel, but be prepared that it is indeed as difficult as described by others! The hotel can be found easily with a gps, but the streets are extremely (!) narrow, and it is very likely that you need to back out about 300 m unless driving a really small car. There is absolutely no parking in front of the hotel or in a street nearby, making the hotel a quiet and peaceful place in the ancient city.

The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.

  The apartment was literally right around the corner from the Cathedral. Plenty of room to relax. Loved our stay. It was great to have the feeling of coming and going whenever we wanted. We've always stayed at hotels, but this was great.
