La posizione centralissima dell albergo e la camera che mi è stata assegnata..ampia,spaziosa luminosa pulitissima con tutti i servizi necessari.. ed una bellissima vasca da bagno. Very good located. Near of public transportation (Callao metro station). Near to the moust important sightseeings. On the oposit side is a supermarket on the underground level from a shopping mall (you can find here glutenfree products too) and nearby a lot of little restaurants. Ask for the kitchen by the reception. -

I liked the location of the hotel as it was in the middle of Gran Via, opposite Callao Metro and approx. 3 minutes stroll from Gran Via Metro.
Both lines were what I needed access to for each trip I went on.
The room was very clean and the staff changed towels daily which was nice. -

Back from a 3 night stay. Lovely Hoel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our
room was on 2nd floor but were told on checking in that they would move
us to a higher floor the next day if we found the room noisy. We were
overlooking the Gran Via but we didn't need to move. Room was large

bedroom with everything you needed except a kettle but there was a
saucepan to boil water. Also a fully stocked fridge with very reasonable
prices. -
The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.

I loved the location -the Metro was 2 min. From the hotel. You can walk
to Royal Palace. If you like flamenco, Corral de la Moreria is a 15 min
walk. Mariano was very helpful and funny guy. The view from room 801
overlooking the park was beautiful. I liked the room a lot. It was very
big with a sitting area and a small kitchen. It was also very clean. The
picture of the room on the web site did not do it any justice because I
think that it is much nicer. Also, I have to add that one can hardly
