  I liked this residence very much. Great location, cleanliness, comfort, pleasant atmosphere. The residence is located in a beautiful historic house. The walk to the Sagrada Familia takes about 12 minutes. I especially liked the owner of the hotel, her name is Imma. She is great, she is very interesting person and helpful. Мне очень понравила - Firstly the hospitality was there on my arrival. The owner went out of her way to assist me with bus locations Tour information, shops, etc. Location was great, room comfortable,larg, plenty cupboard space, and the 4 apartments had 4 bathrooms located just a few feet from the rooms, large user friendly kitchen, and lounge room with open balcony. Security was good, a lift took you to the floors. clean, fresh,and historically lovely apartment, I would return to stay again should I visit Barcelona

For those liking to trek, the location is good too, for all the major tourisitic sites are at walking distance. The staff is good. Pets are allowed. - A few minutes away from the shopping district, city tour buses, and the green line subway that gave easy cheap access to the beaches and the Forum shopping Mall. Location of apt. was very convenient to public transportation and for private city tour bus. Went to the beach twice and used the subway each way. Many restaurant options available close by. Close to many attractions. - Great location within walking distance of all major sites yet the apartment was really quiet and spacious. Our upgrade to the top floor two bedroom apartment was an unexpected pleasure, especially the two huge outdoor terraces where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful autumn weather. We will stay there again if we return to Barcelona and will recommend it to our friends.
