  I like location of this apartment, because I go to the sea every morning and the beach is nice. Also the metrostation is near it, so it was easy to go sightseeng.

  The aparment is lovely, in a wonderful location, with a great view over the Puerto Viejo (Port Vell) and a nice terrace to enjoy the view with a glass of wine. It has all appliances you may need, it's very clean and we had no noise on the bedroom, so perfect for a good night sleep. There's two different guest houses in nearby buildings, one is rather communal backpacker style and the other is quieter. I was in the former (without knowing what I was getting into), and they were easy going about moving me into the latter. Good kitchen set up. The backpacker place was actually pretty nice for that sort of thing, just not what I was looking for (I'm a bit older than that now, and like my peace and quiet!).
