The location of Hostal Gala is excellent, a 5 minute walk from Gran Via and Puerto Del Sol. The staff are super welcoming and friendly, always ready to help and advise on where to go and what to do. The hostal is also kept very clean and the cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Although the rooms do not have safe deposit boxes, security and leaving passports/money behind was never a cause for concern. This is a place I would recommend and stay at again!

E' un ostello ottimo per la sua posizione,per la pulizia,per il comfort nelle camere...l'unica pecca è che non c'è l'ascensore ed io e i miei amici ci siamo dovuti fare 84 scalini ogni volta per arrivare alla nostra camera...per il resto è tutto ok... - La centralità, il silenzio e la pulizia.
