cortesia,pulizia, - l'ottima posizione, la disponibilità del personale, la confortevolezza della camera(sempre in proporzione al prezzo) che si è rivelata pulita con gli asciugamani forniti dall'hotel, al mattino passava la donna delle pulizie a mettere in ordine. c'è l'ascensore. la ragazza della "reception" ci ha tenuto le valigie l'ultimo giorno

It's not a hotel in conventional way. I like the ambience and all the elegant deco with a home style. Quite and lots of privacy in good location like this is really extrodinary.
Very friendly staff provided good help on the train schedule and wifi in short/late time.
We met the hostress when leaving at the door and she was a nice lady!
Unique experience and strongly recommend to those people interested in culture.

Staff simpatico e ambiente amichevole. Camere sempre ben pulite. Posizione dell'Hostal comoda sia con il centro che con la metro. - Ottima sistemazione. Ambiente tranquillo e familiare. L'ingresso è un pò "bruttino" e può far pensare il contrario.

La messa a disposizione di tutti i prodotti necessari per chi viaggia in aereo solo con bagaglio a mano (shampoo, bagno schiuma, teli, spazzolino da denti monouso e denifricio, rasoio + schiuma da barba).

The location was excellent and the hostal was really easy to find. We arrived before the check-in time and were given access to our rooms which was great. Location of the hostel is excellent. There is a microwave in a room. Bathroom is wide and always clean. Price is great when compared to the hostal conditions.
