First of all the price is very competitive compare to other 3 stars
hotel. The location is very near gran via street. So for you who like to
shop this is the perfect hotel. Another plus of the hotel is the
location very near metro station (forgot the name of the station) just 2
minutes walk. So you can go everywhere easily.

the appartment was just perfect for me, the location could not be better, in the middle of Anton Martin neighborhood. It was very clean and brand new.
The staff is so kind and they are always able to help you in any situation, anytime you need. I think the rates are very cheap because the quality of the appartment and services was extremely good.

the location of the appartment is excellent, very close to the metro station, it was very clean and everything was on its place and working well, I mean wifi, frigde,microwave,wash machine,tv and shower. For the price I payed I really could not ask for any better!!! Thanks for everything, we really enjoy our stay there.

Wonderful place to stay. I stayed at several other Apartmentos in Gran Via, and none has the qualities of Good Stay. Brilliant place, brilliant staff, very high quality, directly in the city center, perfect location, etc. One of the best places I've booked through letsbookhotel.com so far. Definitely recommendable! -

Excellent location, very close to Noviciado subway station. I found the apartment very clean and well equipped. Air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly and the staff was so kind, they provided me everything I needed. I loved my stay here and on my next trip to Madrid I will rent here once again, for sure. -

It is on 8th floor of busiest st in the city, Gran Via. But is close to
Metro and lots of eating places. The staff we're good, the lady sold
us tix to tourist bus at seniors rates. Room was very small but
comfortable. No ac but they gave us a fan. You could open french doors
to street but very noisy, even at 2:00am
