  Very friendly greeter, Marta, met us at apartment and got us set up. Hard to find, as others noted, but once we found it, it is so easy to get around the city from this location. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, very modern, updated. We had a later train out of Seville so needed to be able to store luggage for the afternoon. ... cosa dice la gente » They had someone coming into the apartment after us so they happily allowed us to walk a few minutes away to the home office to store it for a few hou - Loved the location. It's within walking distance to shopping, Cathedral, and tapas restaurants. If you're driving there, please note our suggestion on parking. 1) You need to call reception 30 minutes prior to arrival for them to help you with parking availability nearby. There is no parking on site. 2) And you'll need to pack light since you'll be carrying your luggage across cobbled streets to apartment for about 5-10 minutes from parking garage.

The position is good close to the bus station Plaza de Armas, also there is a commercial center with supermaket. You can walk from there to all touristic attractions. - Very clean. Staff friendly.   It was a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, new and nice, located in a very lively area, but just a few meters apart so that it was quite and calm. The owners are reliable, sharp and ver y kind. I don't have any comment or suggestion to improve it. It is just great. - The owners were fantastic. We were in 2 different apts. Great location in the border of the Old City quarter, less than 10 minutes from Catedral and 15 from the Alameda (good place for going out at night).   Room was very clean; fresh linens every day. I found it to be quiet. Location allowed me to walk to many of the tourist destinations. Desk was always staffed and staff were helpful. - They deliver what they promise. The place is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. The hostel is very small but quite comfortable.
