  Great location around the corner from metro. Our room was not reay at 14.00, so they upgraded us to a fantastic suite. Friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast.   Full equipped apartment. Interior was very good. The Bed was not so good. I got 3rd floor apartment with Balcony. It was really good.   Personnel totally dedicated to guests. The men meet with us exactly on agreed time (we were not waiting for entrance what had happen in other places). Men was eager to help us to exp... cosa dice la gente » lain many things related to visit in Barcelona (like the best way to reach particular attraction, where to leave the luggage on last day, what cities - I like staying in a real neighbourhood where real people live, and that exactly what we got. I also like having room for us and our children. In fact this was the first time ever that the two of them have had their own rooms. We also all really liked the proprietors, Rosa and Fernando. At the end of our stay the kids asked if we would get to see them again, and if we could meet their kids! Sadly that wasn't in the cards (we had an early morning flight). We will definitely book with them again.

I left my phone in the reception when leaving for my flight home. I rang the reception, when I got home, hoping they had it - they did and they did everything to help me get my phone back. I arranged courier to pick up and they had it packed ready for the courier - thankyou so much for the help!!
