I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English and put themselves out to help in any way they could. Tea and coffee facilities were excellent even though not located in individual rooms, with complementary fresh milk and bottled watered. Air conditioning. A hotel with style located perfectly within easy reach of the old city, the shopping centre and the outer lying Gaudi cathedral and park. Location is great: 2 min walking from Girona metro station, 7 min walking from Passeig de Gracia metro/train station. Also walking distance to Ramblas de Catalunya. Excellent for shopping, restaurants, caffe'-s and more of "real" Barcelona.
Apartments look exactly like in the picture: modern, super clean, neat, new, well equpied. (a new building behind an old facade)
Staff is super friendly, helpful and clear on all the costs/options.
I will stay there again.

A comfortable apartment in a good,safe location.
Close to metro station, restaurants, shopping, bank and other amenities as well as close to places of interest. -
very well equiped, friendly staff in the office giving helpful advice. Nice area, close enough to be able to walk into the old city but not noisy at night.

We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments with my elderly parents and two children. The location was superb, a few blocks from the Passeig de Gracia, many local restaurants nearby as well as stores and a very cool local market/grocery store. When we arrived we were given an in/out pass for a nearby underground parking lot (45E for 4 days approx.)
