  - Very friendly well trained staff always willing to help - All the receptionists speaking multiple languages unlike the majority of people in Barcelona - The rooms were very clean. Everyday room cleaning - Hotel has the European sign for eco-friendly services. This was definitely a "plus" for me. - Very quite. Hotel rooms with double layer window... cosa dice la gente » frames. - 5 mins walk from Splau Shopping Center. - Some nice breakfast points and restaurants in the area. All you can eat breakfast at the hotel at - Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you have a car. There's a shopping mall which was great for us and you could walk to it. Everything: camp nou, placa espanya, Tibidabo, etc. was never no more than 10-15minutes away. It was a holiday and every else the price was jacked up but the IBIS wasn't so it was great value for the money. Had 2 rooms and they put us right across from each other which was great.

  Il personale alla reception al check-in era molto gentile, disponibile eveloce. Nessun problema con I pagamenti, che però erano stati effettuatiil giorno prima del nostro arrivo. We travelled into the centre of Barcelona by tram and metro this involved a change from tram to metro but all in the journey was about 25 minutes.   Stayed for two nights on the way home from Torroella de Montgri. We wanted to be close to the airport but also have a couple of days sightseeing in Barcelona. The staff were really helpful and courteous. Easy access to metro to travel into the centre of Barcelona in 15 mins. Onl - Staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and although outside the city centre area this hotel was close to st josep tube station which is only 2 stops from Europa gran fira and about 20-25 min to Drassanes stop near the port area.

  un ottimo servizio .gentilezza e cortesia da parte di tutti non mi era stato spiegato bene che per l arrivo dovevo avvertire il giorno prima per il transfert dall aereoporto ho preso un taxi e mi e' stato immediatamente rimborsato dall'hotel - navetta aeroporto e vv hotel ottimo.
