  It's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. it was the best hostel i've ever stayed. Why? 1. Clean and beautiful. For me its the most important criteria - to have a clean bath and bed. Here everything looked new and smart. Cool design in corridors and inside the rooms. 2. Friendly and very helpful stuff. Attocha - on foot, to bus station to air - Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent. Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power. The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor

  The staff is very nice, smiling and available to solve any situation to make you feel comfortable, The rooms as well as the kitchen and the other common spaces are clean and you can feel chez toi. The location is perfect, centric and very close to Porta del Sol (subway and train) so I could walk easily with my 30kg of backpack!   Rudy made my experience in Madrid so great. He's so helpful and goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to making the guests happy. The hostel has a huge common room so it's very easy for people to meet each other. The other staff members are equally as nice. The hostel is also close to the city center so I didn't need to buy transport passes. I will definitely - Could not fault this hostel, staff where really helpful and friendly and hostel was perfectly clean and you got a good free breakfast. It also is in an excellent loaction right near the cool Malansa area with all vintage shops and cool bars and you could walk to any major attraction in 2Omins. As a solo female traveller I felt totally at home, would stay here again if I was in madrid and would recomend to anyone!

  For what we paid we were expecting so much less. Great place, surely going back if passing by the city. Only problem, no hair dryer. I didn't ask at the reception desk cause i was already under the shower when i noticed, they might offer some though, upon request, I don't know. Again though, everything perfect and SO valuable for the price.... whi... cosa dice la gente » ch is why i won't fill in the didn't like box ;p A/C, nice TV, nice people :) A bit difficult to find the entrance to the building, but we survived ;) - Excellent location in the city center in safe and relatively quiet street, very close to metro station. Rooms are spacious, well furnished, very clean, have all necessary facilities such as lockers, table, chairs, pegs. Staff is really helpful: they can advise you good and cheap restaurants nearby and make a reservation for you. Continental breakfast for guests is served each morning.

  For me was a realy nice experience in this Hostel. For that money you have nothing bad to say . The hotel is in the perfect location . You have everything around you . The brackfast was very good , modest but as a vegetarian perfect / cereal/ milk /tee / koffe / bread/ fruits ... All what u need to have a good start . The personal was very young ... cosa dice la gente » and nice . The room was very clean with a big bath . The wifi was very good sometimes I had even in my room at 3th floor connection . I will definitel - I stayed at this hostel with my sister who is a regular hostel visitor and she told me it's one of the best she's stayed in. We both agree that the facilities are excellent for the price paid and the staff were so very friendly and most helpful in every way. We were made to feel so at home.. We will recommend this hostel to all our friends and family.

  The staff were super friendly. I had an issue with the noise in my first room and they were more than happy to move me around and were very apologetic. They have free churros and chocolate in the morning, tea, coffee etc. They made free Paella on the Sunday night and free sangria on the Monday night. They organise pub and walking tours. I was surprised by how clean it was - it seemed that the bathrooms were constantly being touched up - The staff was 5* the room very good and clean, computers to use any time you want, kitchen as well. They organize group things every night which is good to get know every one.. Loved it and recommend it! :) and about some prior comment's they now have light's on the bed and the door's they can only be open with the key from the outside of the room.. Means they read the comment's and pay attention to that!! Eheh Very Well Done Guys!!
