  The apartments are located right off the Ramblas and very close to the Liceu metro station, making exploring the Gothic Quarter and other areas of Barcelona a breeze. Staff were very responsive. Kitchen looked well- stocked and the apartment had a functional washer and drying rack. Air conditioning worked wonderfully. Bcn House apartments are seconds away from the centre of la Rambla, minutes away from the metro, cathederal, market, numerous museums. The beach and harbour were just a stroll away. Do try the Bengal Spicey indian restaurant in the next street up (Carrier de Sant Pau) Also recommended is the Cellar de Tapas on passeig de Joan de borbo (as you head to the beach from barceloneta metro station)

Its spacious and looks brand new, comfie beds, fully self catering, excellent air conditioning in apt 1812, appears secure and quiet inside, even if on a busy street but its the longest shopping street in Europe. Stated on my booking and was met and shown around the security door and lift facilities. l was pleasantly surprised once I entered the apartment. The facilities and decor were good. Apartment was very nice, clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Had a lift and seemed to be a safe neighborhood. Located on a quiet side street, but close to stores, restaurants, and the great La Boqueria market. The Metro is very close and really the apartments are in a great central location to get around Barcelona. The staff was responsive and very helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt in #20.
