I got a single room with private toilet and bathroom. The staff knew English a little, but they are very kind and helpful. They tried the best to answer my questions. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was really better than what I expected from a hostel.

Hostel fontanela is great-location is few minutes from city center and
metro station and it is not so loud like in la Rambla.It is very clean
and staff is very pleasant and helpful.I Would recommend it to everyone.

tutto molto carino un apartment vicino al centro solo 5 minuti a piedi staff molto gentile rappoorto qualita e prezzo + che un 10 un apartment consigliabile - che mi hanno contattato per la conferma per telefono e che mi ha aspettato fino alle 3 di notte perchè il mio aereo era in ritardo. veramente molto gentili

A shared kitchen allowed cooking own meals, staff spoke perfect english and was very helpful - they even made some calls to solve a problem that happened to us while visiting another hotel. Our room was quite small but clean, functional and nice. -

This hostal is a converted apartment covering the first floor of the building.It has managed to retain many of the original features and character. The rooms at the front have balconies looking out onto the Ramblas Cataluyna. It is within walking distance of La Rambla and very close to the metro and buses to all the other attractions.

The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot.It is next to The Passeig De Gracia and very close to Las Ramblas.Extremely friendly staff that helped us orginize our trip.Our room (Nr 8) was spacious,clean,comfortable and very quiet.There are many options around the hostal for eating,shopping and many more.There was hot water and very strong wifi signal all the time.It was generally very well organized with door codes and everything needed provided before we had even arrived!

I like everything very much. The services is great. The rooms were allways clean (the towels changed every day) and confortable. The location of the hostal Oliveta is very convienent. Just couple minutes from metro station Parallel, also you can easily reach the old quarter, La Ramblas on foot. It will take 10-15 minutes to walk.

Stayed for 8 days, in the beginning, the hotel was the mistakes, and they booked us a room to other guests were settled, we proposed a more modest room, two days later freed ours, previously reserved room. The hotel made a discount for the mistake. The location is great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness and order o f the room

Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. -

la estrema disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff - Hostal appena rinnovato e molto accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, presente addirittura il frigobar (anche se vuoto), cosa che in altri hotel anche di famose catene, non c'era. Non in piena Rambla e quindi lontano dal rumore, ma a sole due fermate della metro da Plaça de Catalunya

Una suite di 70 metri quadrati con due camere da letto, due bagni, un soggiorno ed una cucina è quanto di meglio ci si può aspettare, a pochissimi metri dalla Sagrada Familia e dalla relativa stazione della metropolitana (ma il centro si può raggiungere anche a piedi)..La dotazione della camera è davvero completa. Hosts were lovely! Tina was very helpful. Provided us straight away with bus information a map and suggestions for places to visit. Room was big with a table and fridge. Breakfast was self serve with plenty to choose from. Excellent location for Gaudi tours and Guell Park. Everything we did was in walking distance. Easy to get train to airport from this spot too. Tina also provided a cheap laundry service which made things so easy! Beds were firm which was fine for us but may bother others.
