was very friendly and helpful . my stay was short but excellent is
awesome since it is close to the city centre so we can venture in the
touristy things you have planned for Barcelona but its neighbourhood is
also full of pretty plaças and bars where lots of locals hang out.

Had a great stay at these apartments, reasonably basic inside but
everything you need for a comfortable break. The location was good,
roughly a 15-20min walk to the Las Ramblas, 5 mins away from the
underground and a few mins away from one of the stops on the blue bus
tour route. If you want to eat out try Morryssom which is a small tapas
bar only

Perfect location, short distance to the metro stations, plenty of
restaurants and grocery shops around. Good equipped kitchen, clean. Not

in went really smooth. We stayed in apt 1a, first floor, 2 bed
apartment, Very comfortable for two adults (double bed) and two kids (2
single beds), if more people staying in, there was a sofa bed also...

I liked the fact that for a such a noisy place i was able to sleep an wasn't sleep deprived,i had a concern about them not having a safety deposit box in the room with the reputation BCN has for pickpockets, scammers etc but it turned out ok nothing happened. -

la estrema disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff - Hostal appena rinnovato e molto accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, presente addirittura il frigobar (anche se vuoto), cosa che in altri hotel anche di famose catene, non c'era. Non in piena Rambla e quindi lontano dal rumore, ma a sole due fermate della metro da Plaça de Catalunya

very nice and large common area
it is located perfectly, very close to some famous Gaudi houses and Catalunya square. A railwaystatioj connecting to the airport is a 5 minute walk, the tube station is even less
WiFi works fine (watched a live stream w/o any interruptions)

I am pleased to tell that our family were very happy for the stay. The hotel stuff was reasonable friendly, but it was enough, all our questions were answered. The place is just great, you could easily reach Sagrada Familia or la Rambla by foot. The kitchen was clean an cauzy.

Great location in Gracia, a bit away from the very touristy areas (like La Rambla), but well-connected with metro and buses. Clean throughout and a lovely terrace, and as we visited in the off-season it felt like we had a whole apartment to ourselves, as it was very quiet.

I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English and put themselves out to help in any way they could. Tea and coffee facilities were excellent even though not located in individual rooms, with complementary fresh milk and bottled watered. Air conditioning. I would like to stress out how Tina and Jose have been nice, helpful and
welcoming. If you want luxury and 5 stars hotel feeling: well: book one
and pay the price for it but do not moan about this little B&B that
is clean enough, convenient enough, run by nice people and cheap!!!

Hosts were lovely! Tina was very helpful. Provided us straight away with bus information a map and suggestions for places to visit. Room was big with a table and fridge. Breakfast was self serve with plenty to choose from. Excellent location for Gaudi tours and Guell Park. Everything we did was in walking distance. Easy to get train to airport from this spot too. Tina also provided a cheap laundry service which made things so easy! Beds were firm which was fine for us but may bother others.
