  Stay here! This hostel is nicer than many hotels.I had a private double room with ensuite and it was huge! The room had dark blinds to block noise, air conditioning and an enormous, comfortable bed. I had the best night sleep in my whole European travels at UHostel. The hostel has a fantastic kitchen and dining area, - After 2 months of travelling I found just 2 hostels is will be back - Uhostel Madrid is one of them! Disigned in a fresh art-deco, this hostel has big & cosy rooms (I used 6-girly and 12-mixed rooms without any doubt), comfortable new beds, excellent showers with high pressure of hot water, modern very felicitous chill-out zone and extremely friendly dining area.   I spent three week in hostel Estrella and I was really satisfied. The hostel was very clean and landlady was really nice lady. She don't speak english but she always try to help you. Hostel have the best location. Is next to Grad via and Plaza de Espana. If you want to party in the night you will love it the location. So don't worry about y - This place is truly Home away from Home. The lady who runs the place is so nice, very friendly and keeps the place immaculate. The commune shower room is private and always kept very clean.   A great place to stay for a visit to Madrid. Absolutely the perfect location. So close to Malasaña yet only 10-15mins walk from Sol. Stone's throw from Callao, and the metro to take you right to Retiro. The nicest staff I think I've ever met in a hotel. We were in a separate room 2 floors up from the hotel, which was really nice. The room itself w... cosa dice la gente » as perfectly clean, and all facilities were fine. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked very well. It had everything we could have wanted. The f - The hostal is just 2-3 minutes walking distance from the center of the city. The staff was speaking english and they were very friendly (they even called for us to book a flamengo night as we don't speak spanish).They offered us free coffee and cookies every day.They kept ur luggages safe and secure in the room for hours after the check out without paying anything. I strongly recommend this hostal if you want an economic,friendly,nice decorated place to stay in Madrid!

  I loved there! You are really in the center of Madrid so no need to buy any tickets for train or so. Near all the biggest madrid atracctions and Chueca if you are gay :-). Very clean simple hostal and nice personal. Come on..it´s too cheap too. there´s a lot of restaurants around and the metro is very near anyway.
