Our first visit to Barcelona and we will definitely return. We spent 3 days prior to a cruise exploring the city and all it has to offer. Location of apt. was very convenient to public transportation and for private city tour bus. Went to the beach twice and used the subway each way. Many restaurant options available close by. Great location within walking distance of all major sites yet the apartment was really quiet and spacious. Our upgrade to the top floor two bedroom apartment was an unexpected pleasure, especially the two huge outdoor terraces where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful autumn weather. We will stay there again if we return to Barcelona and will recommend it to our friends.

The apartment was modern, spacious and clean. It was very well equipped with all kitchen electronics and dishes we needed. The washing machine-dryer was very useful. The apartment location was excellent. We walked to most places, but it is also easy to get taxis and metro station is very close. There are a lot of small shops around for groceries -

I liked the fact that Angla almost operates on anti-hype. Everything
about the apartment was better than the very correct, agreeably modest
descriptions on the net. Whoever designed the flat we stayed in had
terrific taste and picked the very best of everything, from the towels
to the porcelain china plates. The interior was sober, modern and
elegant. And we liked the staff tremendously. Nicholas, on reception,
was helpful and humorous and helped make our stay so great. The
location is perfect,

This apartment is amazing with tons of space. It is very well decorated and we felt really safe in the area and the apartments. Marc greeted us and explained all we needed to know about the apartment and left a booklet with information about the apartment and the surrounding area. -

The apartment is well located in the center of the city. It is within walking distance to many attractions or to the Metro. I especially liked the fact that we were able to take the Aeroporter bus to & from the airport for a very reasonable price. You can walk from the drop off & pick up location for the Aeroporter to the apartment.

Everything that we required was available. The welcoming pack was a pleasant surprise, because for a short stay you require food stuff in small quantities. The decoration and furnishings were stylish and conveyed a homely atmosphere. The location was excellent, close to Placa Catalunya, public transport, shops and even take away outlets.

I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English and put themselves out to help in any way they could. Tea and coffee facilities were excellent even though not located in individual rooms, with complementary fresh milk and bottled watered. Air conditioning. A hotel with style located perfectly within easy reach of the old city, the shopping centre and the outer lying Gaudi cathedral and park. Welcome and facilities were great.We were able to park the car, for a fee, in the underground car park. Free wi fi was great for the children and we were able to book tickets in advance for trips. Location could not have been better, able to walk to many sight seeing locations and right on the edge of all the posh shops. Gracia is great with tapas

The flat was beautifully decorated , well equipped , quiet , clean and perfect for a family . The position was great -with restaurants , small supermarket type shops in the same road ,near all the beautiful department stores on Passeig de Gracia , and also near the metro as well as the turistic hop on off bus stop .It is about a 15 minute pleasant walk to La Rambla. On arrival the staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful . The apartment was bright , clean , spacious and was very well equipped . It was very well located for all conveniences of Barcelona . We arrived at 11.30 am and we're allowed to check in at that time which was brilliant . We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again

Stayed for eight nights. Fantastic apartment with full kitchen in a great neighborhood.Two bedrooms, two baths, and a terrace for my wife and me and out adult daughter for the price of a hotel room. Combination washer/dryer came in very handy.Full kitchen allowed us to bring in dinner on nights we were tired from sightseeing.

down to a coffee making machine, dish washer, iron and ironing board,
hair dryer and fantastic furniture. Spotless on arrival and in a great
location. Being just away from the main centre, it is lovely and quiet

I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds
were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for
the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. Lovely
touches were the free bottle of wine and water, it's the little
things.... Reception was always friendly and efficient and helpful.

5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected.
6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!

Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. -
