from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. I was traveling with my mom and we felt like we were with family form the lobby until the kitchen everyone is so helpful, the locations is great you go to the terrace and you have the Royal Palace right on from of you. we were like 5 minutes wa

The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

Really comfortable apartments!! We had everything we needed for our stay and they are perfectly located if you want to enjoy the real Madrid in 'La Latina' district! Carlos was extremely nice and helpful to us also! Highly recommended! -
Good service from Carlos who met us on arrival and gave us lots of tips of places to see in the city.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and we were so happy when we entered!we were expecting a one bedroom apartment and a sofa bed but we had a 2 bed.the views of the royal palace were amazing.the black and white decor was stunning and we were taken aback by how stunning the whole apartment was!the staff were very helpful and we called them when

Friendliness of staff. Excellent on arrival. We had an appartment at the back. Not particularly a brilliant view but extremely quiet. Appartment was very good. Lashings of hot water and very well equipped. Very safe parking facilities on site. Very close to Royal Palace - free to EU citizens most afternoons. Close to metro . Small supermarket on the same street and super bar next door that we used for takeaways
