from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

to Royal Palace. If you like flamenco, Corral de la Moreria is a 15 min
walk. Mariano was very helpful and funny guy. The view from room 801

Ideale per chi vuole visitare Madrid a piedi. A 250mt dal palazzo reale, di fronte (nel vero senso della parola) all'uscita della Metro Opera. Per chi ha detto che le camere sono piccole; non sono suite, ma letto (grande) tavolino e bagno (un pò piccolo, ma per doccia e uso bagno funzionale) sono ottimi. In albergo si deve solo dormire, non vivere.

The hotel was excellent, clean and a very good price. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Hotel is in the centre of Madrid so when you go behind the corner, you are immediately in the shopping streets. We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again when we'd go back to Madrid! A+ -

Very nice situated in the centre of Madrid, close to the metro "opera". Shops and diner places nearby.
It's a small room (not to small) but if your main goal is to discover the city, who needs a bigger one? The shower was great.
The personnel is realy friendly and speaks sufficient english.

Back from a 3 night stay. Lovely Hoel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our
room was on 2nd floor but were told on checking in that they would move
us to a higher floor the next day if we found the room noisy. We were
overlooking the Gran Via but we didn't need to move. Room was large

bedroom with everything you needed except a kettle but there was a
saucepan to boil water. Also a fully stocked fridge with very reasonable
prices. -
The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.
