The holiday home has been constructed in Spanish style and has two dining and living rooms, making it suitable for a holiday with family and friends. The open kitchen has a little bar so that you can keep company while you cook. There is a bunk bed for the children. The house is located on a private property of approx. 1600 m2 with palm trees in the garden. Sun worshipers can enjoy the lounges by the salt water pool. From the living room/diner you walk right onto the terrace and/or balcony where you can enjoy the view of the Montgó valley. The centre of Javea is 5 km away. Stroll through the lanes of the historic town centre and enjoy a drink on the boulevard by the marina or one of the many restaurants and cafes. The beach is 7 km away. In the direct vicinity you can undertake hikes and cycling excursions in the Montgó or La Grandadella conservation areas. Golf lovers can hit some balls on the golf course at Jávea Golf Club or La Sella Golf in Denia (4 km). The cities of Valencia (approx. 100km), and Alicante (approx. 95km) are certainly worth a visit.
