Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is payable upon arrival. This will be returned 7 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that the air conditioning carries an extra charge from mid-June to mid-September. Please note that heating carries an extra charge from mid-October to mid-May. It is possible to rent a high chair at an extra cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a playpen at an extra cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a fan at an extra cost of EUR 15 per week. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Avenida de Palmela, 56, 03730 Javea. Please inform Casa Tordos in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
