  As usual, the staff of small hotels make or break the experience. In the case the staff at Los Faroles were exemplary. The addition of a quiet thoroughfare, double glazed windows, reasonably sized room and bathroom, simple but functional entrance with an open air / covered Andalusian patio for breakfast and / or drinks, only added to a very enjoya... cosa dice la gente » ble experience. Would not hesitate to visit again. - The cleanliness, the friendly staff who suggested lots of sights we should see in our short visit to Cordoba, the location was very suitable as it was within walking distance of the Great Mosque and roman bridge. My husband speaks Spanish but I think I might have found it difficult on my own as I only speak English.

E' molto facile se lo si sa. Staff molto disponibile. Colazione abbondante e buonissima.

  This hotel is tucked away in a quiet courtyard in the old town. Rooms are not big but well done and the shower is excellent. The location is excellent as its v close to the mesquita as well as lots of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was fine and adequate.   Wow!!! What a find...our room faced onto the Mezquita (as in, it was just there across the lane) - a surreal and wonderful neighbour. The furnishings and building are stunning - loved the patio too. Great breakfast and lovely owners who did everything they could. One of our favourite finds in Spain. - I enjoyed my stay very much. The location is wonderful just next to the La Mezquita and I was lucky to have a room vith a view of La Mezquita. The studio had its own air-conditioner which helped as the day temperature was 37 degrees Celsius. The hostal was great value for money - Lovely little courtyard oasis in the centre of the Hostal, small room but well laid out, and a fresh clean decor and comfortable bed. I was in one of the 4 rooms which face each other above the courtyard which meant the noise and privacy aspects concerned me on arrival but it turned it to be very quiet in the evening, nearly all the guests seemed to be in bed at 11pm.
