We enjoyed our stay here! Very homely and the staff we very accommodating especially with all our tourist questions. Very close to Las Ramblas and all the fun. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to do Barcelona on the cheap. -

la disponibilità del personale - The location was very practical to get around BCN. The guy who greeted us was super nice and met us at 11 even though checkin is normally at 15. Unexpectedly for Spain it was also very quiet! - Best location, quiet, spotless clean! It was great having our 'own' flat during our stay!

The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no
small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am
and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our
passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at
5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We
were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another
signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous

The owner Santiago met us upon arrival at the apartment. He gave us a very thorough run down of Barcelona and recommended local tapas bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a nice residential area away from the main hustle and bustle and it furnished to a high standard. It is within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and metro. It would have no reservation in recommending these apartments to friends.
