The apartment truly is centrally located which is great if you're in
Barcelona to see the city. It was easy to find and the check in was
simple. Judit explained exactly how to get to there when we called ahead
from the airport. Olav was waiting for us just outside the door and the
address was well-marked. He was very helpful in pointing out sights

Excellent apartment - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. It was well equipped, very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Excellent location too in a quiet back street that's easy walking to La Rambla, the Old City, Port and the beach. It's right by the Universitat metro stop (no more than 5 mins walk away) and the metro itself, so easy to use. Our first time staying at a serviced apartment and we'll definitely be doing it again based on our experience here.

Great location! Comfortable, good value for money. Staff was nice and helpful. There is a space that you can use for preparing breakfast and shared fridge is available. That place so close to Casa Batillo, my room was so small, but
comfortable and clean. Service was super polite, speak many languages, I
can speak with them english, spanish and even russian. Big thanks to a
girl in reception Katya. Super polite, super kind, told me where to go,
what to visit at that time and really is so so nice person. I can
imagine who is the boss of hotel if they have such a wonderful staff!
Big thank you for unforgettable vacation without any problem!

The best hotel I have ever stayed during my trip in Europe.The nicely-decorately apt is located in a building with a traditional styled elavator. The owner Santiago met us upon arrival at the apartment. He gave us a very thorough run down of Barcelona and recommended local tapas bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a nice residential area away from the main hustle and bustle and it furnished to a high standard. It is within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and metro. It would have no reservation in recommending these apartments to friends.

Location; approx 100 paces from the apartment block door to the main Metro entrance and only 40 paces to the Metro lift. Then only 10 minutes or so to La Ramblas. Excellent!

Very spacious and clean apartment and super close to a metro station. Susan was very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggages in the apartment after check-out time.
Make sure you check your emails a couple of days before your check-in date, coz they will send you an email giving you the code to enter the building and the instruction of how to get the keys.

I just loved this apartment, which was on the second floor of this building (or third of you're American). As an apartment building with a reception area (which is quite rare in my experience), it was super convenient. Andrea speaks English superbly, spent time with us to explain the apartment and how to best see the city and even arranged our taxi out to the airport when we left. She even waved us off! Lovely!
