  Stayed here twice..flying to Marrakech and on the return flight back to Madrid stayed overnight to fly out the next morning to the states. Very clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager moved us to a room where the ac was working. Nice and convenient to airport and their shuttle picks you up and takes you back. Taxis have min$35 char - Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for passengers taking early flights. I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

  I couldn't really fault the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, we had secure parking and it is pet friendly. There are restaurants and a large shopping centre across the road, all in all a very good stopover for us on our way down to Costa Almeria. Its easy to get into central Madrid as there are good transport links. When i travelled on my own, i felt very safe there.   Great location for access to the northern business district and just minutes to walk to the Castellana and nearest bus/metro. Breakfast vg value and wide range of food on offer to suit all tastes. Plentiful hot water and good shower pressure! Wifi everywhere with fast access. Very good value for money for a 3 day stay.   It was my first experience to stay in a hostel. And I was not disappointed. The room windows were faced inside that is why it was quietly. The room was small, but it was very clean. The room was cleaned every day. Beds were very wide like double. The mattress and pillow were quite comfortable, linen was clean and of good quality. The insulation is not good, but it is a disease practically of all 3 & 4 stars hotels. - Everything. Holiday inn Express without the frills yet still a personal touch. Right downtown. 1 block or so from Gran Via subway (metro station stop. Safe. 24 hr desk. 3 levels of security; building, hotel, then your room. Maid rearranged room for us after first night to better suit our needs(2 twins beds to a pseudo-double) and tidied our sloppy shoes. Ultra clean. Like spotless. Pressed sheets. I found this property with a price filter but will make a bee line there next time.
