  Stayed here twice..flying to Marrakech and on the return flight back to Madrid stayed overnight to fly out the next morning to the states. Very clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager moved us to a room where the ac was working. Nice and convenient to airport and their shuttle picks you up and takes you back. Taxis have min$35 char - Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for passengers taking early flights. I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

  I couldn't really fault the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, we had secure parking and it is pet friendly. There are restaurants and a large shopping centre across the road, all in all a very good stopover for us on our way down to Costa Almeria.   The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean, with lovely en suite bathrooms and good storage. Its easy to get into central Madrid as there are good transport links. When i travelled on my own, i felt very safe there.   Great location for access to the northern business district and just minutes to walk to the Castellana and nearest bus/metro. Breakfast vg value and wide range of food on offer to suit all tastes. Plentiful hot water and good shower pressure! Wifi everywhere with fast access. Very good value for money for a 3 day stay. The only down side is the parking on the street is valid for maximum 1 hour although the hotel does offer parking at an additional cost. We would definitely stay here again.
