With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests. We loved the friendly staff, the decor and environment, the sight and sound of the birds and nature all around us. It was blissfully quiet and restful and naturally beautiful. We especially enjoyed the lady who played the piano and the food was excellent! A real novelty for us was a little gecko or frog at our door when we'd come back from dinner.

We only arrived at the resort at 7pm on date of arrival and we were
very tired as we had done Sani Pass before arriving. Our check in was
not very welcoming but the staff at the tavern welcomed us with open

The Urban Park hotel is absolutely stunning. The apartments make the trip much easier when staying as a family. The indoor pool was perfect and the 24 hour gym. Well done also to the designers - very well presented. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will return!!
