  The service was fantastic. We were welcomed by the owner who showed us to a lovely room with crisp white linen, tastefully decorated and very reasonably priced for the location! The bathroom was huge and the white towels soft and fluffy. The hotel was ideal for a family as the fridge, kettle with beverages and sink plus microwave was a bonus as it made it possible to save on costs by not having to eat out and enjoy meals in the hotel, appreciating the views in the dining area. The hotel gets a 10/10 from me and i really got value

  We only arrived at the resort at 7pm on date of arrival and we were very tired as we had done Sani Pass before arriving. Our check in was not very welcoming but the staff at the tavern welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. They understood that we were tired and hungry and saw to us quickly. That was exceptional service. It was relax... cosa dice la gente » ing and pleasing to know that the children were being entertained whilst we were either relaxing by the pool side or during the hikes. We loved going - The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us and tend to our needs. The facilities were awesome and met our expectations. The resort was easy to find and the security as well as staff made the check in and check out very comfortable and easy.
