  Lasee is an outstanding host. She made us feel totally at home and understood exactly what our needs were, even before being asked! Gugu does a fabulous breakfast.   We simply loved this place, everything about it. Great rooms, they smell so nice and fresh :-) nice facilities, beautiful garden. Cathy and John are excellent hosts and made our stay very enjoyable. Gave us great restaurant tips and we could just listen to John's storries all day long. We didn't want to leave. Btw, breakfast is a must. Location is superb, but would advise hiring a car to keep things easy, breakfasts and johns stories are worth the cash alone. Overall great value, in a great location and we can't wait to return. Jo and I felt at home from the off thanks to John and Cathy.

  Very friendly staff and great location - a very short (though steep!) walk to the beach! Breakfast was excellent! Lovely cool room with a wonderful view! Pool was both welcoming and refreshing! - Helpful friendly staff. Lovely setting with views of the ocean. Lovely breakfast served outside by the pool.

  We felt like we were at home. From the time we stopped our car till the time we left nothing was an effort for Dawn or Mark. What ever we asked for they helped us with. They were even prepared to make me an early morning breakfast before I rode the Amashova road race on the Sunday the 13th October.   Afrikaya is so nice, Joyce gives plenty of information about St-Lucia, it is also a good place to stay if you want to do a safari in the Hluwehluwe park. This park is even better than Krugerpark!
