Location is ideal - short walk to waterfront where there is a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. Victor is very helpful and available by phone. Complex is very secure and felt safe even at night. Lovely, filly equipped apartment with balcony with beautiful waterfront views. Victor will arrange transport to airport at a very reasonable price if required.

First class luxury at a reasonable price. All four of us agreed this was the best hotel we ever stayed at. Our two-bedroom suite with living area was more spacious than we needed but we loved the separate bedrooms and large kitchen. Primi Oxford House was a gem of a find. Grest location, 15 min walk from Waterfront. What impressed me the most was the look and feel of the modern studio apartment like room I had. Mini kitchenette, very large and cleaned daily bathroom and large bed and living space. It felt like a home away from home.

The location is perfect. Walking distance from downtown, waterfront, sea
point, restaurants along the summerset st, Cape Center mall, etc. Huge
and comfortable room with kitchenette. Very clean and quiet. I even
found a Laundromat 2 blocks from the hotel. If you drive plenty of
parking on the street. Janet and David were very nice as well as the
rest of the staff. The free Wi-Fi added more value to the price paid
which in comparison to other big hotels is way less. Overall a great
little hotel.

Hotel is a little, charming jewel. It is well hidden in a secondary
road, only 10 min walking from the waterfront. Rooms are spacious,
bright and cosy. The common areas are well designed and welcome guests.
Breakfast is awesome, with a wide choice and continuous replenishment,
food is cooked on the spot, nothing pre-cooked here :). Staff sets a new
standard, I am a frequent traveller for business , ie upper class
