Our room had extensive views of the sea. Sunsets in particular were to die for.
The location was ideal for us. A great walk along signal hill to the V & A via the noon day gun.
The facilities were outstanding in this boutique style hotel.

sophisticated and friendly. Wonderful location. beautiful room and setting. delicious breakfasts. excellent value - The quiet surrounding garden, the rooms were all different and unique, you could come and go with no hassle, and the breakfast was superb.

planning our holiday. Staff could not have been more helpful with
recommendations and answers to our every question. Carol, the owner is
personable and greeted us warmly on our arrival. She took the time to

The staff was wonderful-helped us plan all our day trips, arranged
transfers and even packed us a breakfast to go the morning we were
leaving since we had an early morning flight. The hotel was spotless
and the breakfasts were fantastic! We love the extra attention we get
from boutique hotels and this was did no disappoint. I state with my 3
adult children.

Staff was excellent and provided a wonderful breakfast each morning. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable -- the entire house was comfortable and inviting. Staff was willing to help with answering questions and made our airport shuttle arrangements. Just a lovely Guest Home --- I highly recommend it to others! Location was perfect!

The guest house is beautifully furnished and offers a great accommodation in easy reach of The Waterfront, Sea point, Bantry Bay, Clifton, and Camps bay. The staff are terrific and particularly Manie and Rayez who couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcome.
The mattress was excellent - very comfy!! and what a great view of the sea from the verandah
