Kettle in room. Helpful staff allowed me a coffee & croissant in the
bar rather than spending 180 rand for a breakfast I didn't want.
Excellent lighting - at last a chain which appreciates people want
decent light to live by. Good shower overhead and hand held. Can open
windows. Very near Gautrain station and Sandton square and safe to walk.

Very helpful friendly staff made everyone feel relaxed & welcome. Very clean & professional. Excellent breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. Impressed that they had kids TV in the dining room at breakfast time helping parents enjoy a relaxed breakfast.

The hotel is located opposite nelson mandela sqaure (michangelo towers)
and therefore you have a lot of eating option and shopping options in
the mall.breakfast at the hotel is a good spread so nothing to complain
about. The area sandton is very safe and is a good part of the city. I

which is about 28 kms away and takes around 35 mins by taxi (300 za
rands). Overall the hotel is good and it was a very pleasent stay. -
The rooms were very comfortable and well sized. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, right opposite the Sandton City Mall/Nelson Mandela Square and less than five minutes walk from the Gautrain Station.
Very nice hotel. Will definitely come back and highly recommended.

I very much enjoyed the professionalism of staff, the nothing is too much trouble attitude was found from check in through the whole experience.
I appreciated the quality of food (breakfast menu was first rate).
The Room Service was attentive and courteous at all times.

I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. I quite liked the chambermaid checking in the evening to turn the beddings, drop off a box chocolate and ask if you have additional needs such as additional bottles of water.
Put simply, a hotel in a class of its own.

I loved the roominess and airiness of the apartment/room I had. It
was clean, well furnished and whatever didnt work well was replaced
quickly. The room was a bit cold especially the tiled floors but the bed
did have an electric blanket and another portable heater. More stuff
(scourer/sponge)needs to be put in the kitchen to making washing up

This apartment hotel is highly recommended. Homely, friendly atmosphere, access to the garden and self-contained, comfortable units.
I was a solo traveller, and had a two-bedroom unit which could sleep four persons. It is ideal for independence and self-catering as required. A taxi service is available all the time. The staff are very accommodating especially at reception.

Amazing staff. Could not have asked for anything more during a difficult business trip. Suites are spotlessly clean. Centrally located. Great tips on where to find take-always at all times of the day or night. They offer a great privately owned Cab service. Thusane, one of the drivers is great, and will safely get you to wherever you need to go to

The centrally located apartments make it easy to access all shopping malls & most offices. The staff were friendly & very welcoming. Check in was smooth. The ambience & decor were amazing, real value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also liked the tight security aspect of it. I felt safe there with my family.
