I usually stay at the Waterfront and only chose the Taj out of neccesity because everyone else was full with Argus bookings. I was very pleasantly surprised. -Parking was clearly marked and in the basement of the building, very secure and free
-In general the hotel is very secure needing your room card to access elevators and so on
-The room was neat and clean all mod cons
-Great big flat screen TV
-Awesome comfortable extra length bed
-Neat and modern bathroom

Everything. From the time we checked until we left we were impressed with the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the food in the restaurant. The overall hotel premises are well maintained, and we would definitely recommend it.
When Hilton take over in April 2013, we hope that they will continue to keep up the high standards of the present management.

Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!! Strongly recommend the hotel to all !!! -
Staff were outstanding; loved the unique scent menus; food was excellent; special occasion and they made sure they acknowledged it!
