Marvellous place. Another one reason to come back to Knysna, just to stay there. It's more, than just a hotel. The place not just to get the bed and breakfast, but to enjoy every minute. -

We really love everything about Augusta Bay Guest House - the location, the staff / services, comfort, cleanliness. Its modern and have free and stable wi-fi in the room, individual parking lot and really facing the head front. There's no elevator but the staff helped us to bring our luggages up, so it OK. A lovely clean, spacious, luxurious guest house, with very comfortable rooms. The bathroom and shower were exceptionally good for getting in and out of with mobility problems.
Staff were most welcoming when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfasts were excellent.
The location at the Heads is absolutely superb with an excellent restaurant only yards away.

The accommodation was excellent, spacious, and luxuriously furnished. We had complete privacy both inside and on the balcony, which had wonderful views of the lagoon. The owner and staff were helpful, efficient and pleasant. The breakfast was most enjoyable. -

The place is really amazing! It feels like in living in a jungle. All huts are uniquely designed and the staff is just great. They help you with everything you want and were really helpful and friendly. Their welcoming of us as a family (We travelled with two kids and my parents) was honest and open hearted. Great place to stay with fantastic views of the lagoon and area. The owners are great and full of knowledge of the area and suggestions for things to do. If you want a quiet place to relax above the town then this place is perfect. Also, if you want to play golf they can help you out with some great deals as well.

The atmosphere was very relaxed, friendly and clean great location Thanks you very much for the pleasant stay. We wished we could stay longer. Just a short walk to the waterfront. Self service complimentary breakfast. secure parking if needed. We were made to feel at home by the owners. We will go back to Knysna just to stay there. -

Everything. Being in the travel industry, I have been to many guest houses, and this one by far is my favourite. Very clean, very comfy, but mostly, very friendly. I will only come back to Herons guest house in the future! -

We had a wonderful stay at Tonquani. Staff were friendly and welcoming,
we were upgraded to a luxury cabin which had everything we could ask
for. We marvelled at the wild guinea pigs! Would recommend a stay here

Great location - close to Waterfront and perfect view over the lagoon. Big rooms with nice bath/shower. You better take the room with lagoon view, e.g. on the upper floor. But if you don't make it for the room with lagoon view, breakfast area has perfect view as well.

The rooms are beautiful and we had an amazing view from our deck outside our room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very close to Knysna but just far enough out of Town to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the area.

Lovely Pool and the family room we had was fantastic worked very well for all of us.
Also they where fantastic in giving our daughter and her husband the honeymoon suite. Which was wonderful.
