People were on the streets, not homeless people just seemingly 'aimless' people. And it was - We were en route to Singapore and stopped over at the Aviator Hotel for the night. I was very impressed by the excellent Service provided and the extra mile staff went to when they transported my husband, my sick 3 year old and myself to hospital at 3am so my son could be nebulised. I was extremely grateful. we stopped over at the aviator on our return trip for a few hours so our family could freshen up and rest before our flight to Durban. I will definitely be using the Aviator hotel again.

  The service was excellent. I forgot my cellphone in the room. They were kind enough to post it to me at no extra charge. Where in this country do you get service like that. I will recommend the hotel to anyone, even my family living in the U.K., U.S.A and Australia. Thank you once again for the fantastic service.
