A friend booked me into Claires for which I shall be eternally grateful. Hospitality just doesn’t get much better. From the moment we made our booking through to our departure the service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean with those little extras that make all the difference. I enjoyed the large shower with a strong spray, the super comfy bed and the top quality coffee. My partner was on a working holiday and he appreciated the fast and reliable wifi (he was even able to use it by the pool!) and the easy drive to Sandton. Very nice place. I enjoyed my stay there. The owners are really nice people, great staff, yummy breakfast, very comforatble rooms, nice environment with nice collection of antiques. I got free rides to nearby places from the hotel management.
Overall it's a great place. I would recommend Northcliff Manor GH to anyone anyday.

Amazingly friendly hosts who catered to our every need - including treating us like friends giving us lifts everywhere and the most delicious breakfasts including fresh scones and croissants. Extremely warm hospitality, natural setting and the relaxing atmosphere it offers.
Mr Gerard the owner, is personally involved in ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of the guests and it rubs on to the whole staff. We were overwhelmed by his attention at the Breakfast whence he personally made and offered the best Cupachino Coffee from a special Coffee maker.

Stayed at this hotel for two days with my husband and baby. We arrived very early for check-in, and our room was not ready. We anticipated this, and just wanted to drop our bags off in the meantime. We only stayed for one night, but I can asure you that everything we experienced from check-in upto departure was just perfect. Just a pity we did not get to play golf though, but our time was limited. We will definately return again!!!

Beautiful set up, big room, good wifi. Hosts extremely friendly - making a big difference to the experience. Nice idea of bringing all guests together during dinner (if one chooses this option) - opportunity to meet new people. Very good dinner. -

The accommodation was large light and immaculately clean. The breakfast excellent, and we were able to relax by the pool when we weren't out with friends, and chat with Dee, who ran the whole place wonderfully. -

Everything was most satisfactory and in particular the attitude of the managent/owners was most pleasing. In particular the friendliness was a breath of fresh air. - The owners went out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
