Amazing staff. Could not have asked for anything more during a difficult business trip. Suites are spotlessly clean. Centrally located. Great tips on where to find take-always at all times of the day or night. They offer a great privately owned Cab service. Thusane, one of the drivers is great, and will safely get you to wherever you need to go to

The centrally located apartments make it easy to access all shopping malls & most offices. The staff were friendly & very welcoming. Check in was smooth. The ambience & decor were amazing, real value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also liked the tight security aspect of it. I felt safe there with my family.

Beautiful set up, big room, good wifi. Hosts extremely friendly - making a big difference to the experience. Nice idea of bringing all guests together during dinner (if one chooses this option) - opportunity to meet new people. Very good dinner. -

Ambiente molto gradevole, colazione ottima ed in generale un elevata qualità dei servizi offerti anche in rapporto al prezzo - la posizione era veramente ottimale trattandosi di una città come Johannesburg!

I loved the roominess and airiness of the apartment/room I had. It
was clean, well furnished and whatever didnt work well was replaced
quickly. The room was a bit cold especially the tiled floors but the bed
did have an electric blanket and another portable heater. More stuff
(scourer/sponge)needs to be put in the kitchen to making washing up

This apartment hotel is highly recommended. Homely, friendly atmosphere, access to the garden and self-contained, comfortable units.
I was a solo traveller, and had a two-bedroom unit which could sleep four persons. It is ideal for independence and self-catering as required. A taxi service is available all the time. The staff are very accommodating especially at reception.

Kettle in room. Helpful staff allowed me a coffee & croissant in the
bar rather than spending 180 rand for a breakfast I didn't want.
Excellent lighting - at last a chain which appreciates people want
decent light to live by. Good shower overhead and hand held. Can open
windows. Very near Gautrain station and Sandton square and safe to walk.

Very helpful friendly staff made everyone feel relaxed & welcome. Very clean & professional. Excellent breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. Impressed that they had kids TV in the dining room at breakfast time helping parents enjoy a relaxed breakfast.

The staff was spectacularly attentive. They tried to adopt my 6 month old son and promptly set up a cot for him in our room. Our friend's room had a missing shower head and within minutes of arriving in his room, he received a call inquiring about the plumbing and moving him to another room. I honestly loved most of the things about this hotel, the staff were very very nice, my room was spacious and always clean. They gave free soda, juice, sparkling and clear water. The staff at Rosebank Lodge Guesthouse were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. They allowed us an early check in and even offered us breakfast. They gave tea to our guests and allowed us to store our luggage on our last day when we were being picked up later in the day. They were excellent.
The location is very good being both central and close to the Gautrain and also a big shopping centre with lots of restaurants.
