Hedge House was great beyond our expectations. Jan and her family and
staff (who are more like family) are all just wonderful- very helpful,
friendly, welcoming. The breakfasts were full, cooked to order, and
absolutely lovely and delicious- and different every day. The grounds
are green and gorgeous, looking up at Table Mountain in all it's

My stay at Hedge House was brilliant. I was there for almost a week for a conference and to visit Cape Town.
Judy was incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning of the booking process. She arrange my pick up from the airport and set me up since my arrival in the morning of the first day.
The room was brilliant, on a corner with great views, lots of space and a huge bathroom with shower and bath.
The stay the entire week was fabulous. Judy was really helpful all the time.

Everything was superb from the crisp white linen, scrumptious breakfasts, service was excellent and the staff were always willing to assist with restaurant choices etc.
Will definately recommend Wild Olive and the location could not have been better so close to Newlands Stadium, Cavendish Square and close to Constantia wine farms. -

A hotel like a garden of relaxation right at the bottom of Cape Town's stunning table mountain.

I have stay at this hotel each year for a week for business. I noticed this time that the same staff are still working there. I think this says a lot about staff turnover. The staff are very positive always happy to hep, nothing is ever to hard. I had an issue with a pick up being late and it was dealt with quickly and the transport manager was waiting for me to apologise for the error. This hotel is a beautiful place and when you are here you are treated as family, a pleasure staying

I usually stay at the Waterfront and only chose the Taj out of neccesity because everyone else was full with Argus bookings. I was very pleasantly surprised. From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room

We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

A well run hotel conveniently located in a quieter part of Sea View. The suites are modern and tastefully decorated although the bedrooms are smaller than the living room area.We also enjoyed a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool and with a sea view.

The staff were friendly,courteous and efficient without being intrusive. They went beyond the call of duty to assist. The hotel itself is what a 5 star hotel is all about, and I have stayed in five star hotels throughout the world,some of which don't match up to this.Would definitely stay there again.

The management and admin in the guesthouse was truly amazing Petra and Sophia were very attentive my son fell sick and they offered me medical help. They also checked up on the situation the next day. I found their service professional and considerate. Apart from that what a lovely and clean place. Would definitely do it again. -

It was my husband's 30th birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make it extra special for him. Special mention to Daphne and Mandla whom really went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I loved the room beyond everything and felt really cosy. I will definitely be back to stay at the hotel:). Thank you to your hotel and amazing staff.
