  Beautiful rooms, although a little bit small, great shower. Not a big problem as I didn't spend much time in the room. Very helpful, nice staff. The warm chocolate chip cookie on arrival was a nice touch!   Location, at terminus of 2/4/8 tram, 3 stops out of town, not far from university botanic gardens, countryside, children's railway, breakfast made to order.Price good. Can check-in late (ish). - Very good hotel for its price. We really liked view on the stadion from teras. It is not in the center, but it takes 20 minutes walk to get there.
