  The receptionist was amazing. He helped us with all the information. He was very polite and friendly. The hotel provides free drinks (water and coffee machine). The room was large, bed comfortable, good shower. The decoration of the room is also pretty. Perfect location. The hotel is located near the old city. She made our stay enjoyable from the moment we walked through the door. Rare in Slovakia. Great position, wonderful nights sleep WITH the window open (quiet) and fantastic price.   This is the best hostel where I have ever been. Excellent location between Hrad and historical center of the city. Very high speed of wifi connection. Breakfast included. There are no bunk beds. Modern and stylish interiors. - The location is good, closed to the castle, like 30 min on foot from the railway station.   I came to Bratislava by train and I needed a hotel near the railway station. And Freddie was exactly what I needed. Not a luxury hotel, but just 3 minutes walk from the station, spacious and clean room, very friendly staff, super breakfast. I'm only sorry that I had no time to stay longer than just two nights. Hostel is clean and friendly and the common rooms are great spaces to relax. There is a washing machine. The studio room we had came with a kitchenette and towels. Unlike other reviewers, we did not have to pay for towels. Hostel seems new so everything was pretty good.
