We booked for the room with river view which is cosy and awesome. The hotel is so clean also the staffs are very friendly and competent (english, german perfect!). Nice breakfast & also river restaurant. Fitness facilities are excellent! The Spa & pool are perfect for relaxing! Location is perfect!
Awesome stay! Would absolutely recommend!

This was not the accommodation that we booked but the manager guided us to new recently completed apartment just 20 metres from Bratislava city square. The location was excellent. This newly finished apartment has great potential but at the moment lacks the little things for comfort. We liked the spacious rooms with the fresh decoration.

- Beautifully Designed rooms, spacious and very clean.
- The spacious bathroom had a bathtub AND a shower, independent from eachother.
- SPA and swimming pool looked fabulous, very clean, very helpful staff providing us with flip flops, robes, and towels. On the afternoon that we went to the SPA, no other guests were present, so very quiet and peaceful.
- Internet Connection with cable (is a lot faster, so I was happy with that). I had no cable with me but the personnel provided me with one.

For the last 3 months i have been travelling Europe and staying in various hotels.
Staying at the Sheraton was something else entirely.
It is totally amazing, clean, comfortable, the room was huge, and the facilities were first class.

Since we didn't like the city much, we spent most of the time in the hotel. It is very nice, really comfortable and with a good design, everything new. The staff was also really nice.

The spa was included in the price (only one hour per day to be booked at reception) and was really excellent. Location is fair for Old City trip but the local transport map should be consulted for connections as the trolley-buses and trams are having complicated patterns. If you walk, is downhill to old City but upwards to return, which is tiring

hotel is situated in calm neighborhood close to the castle. It is rather small hotel but maintains high level of quality and luxury. Room was very nice and spotless clean with huge bathtube. Bar and restaurant are also very pleasant and dinning here is a real treat. Spa is rather small and you have to reserve your time there but as there´s not much rooms in the hotel itself you will probably find very few people in spa.

Group of 16 for stag weekend. Reception were excellent, had 3 rooms ready for early arrival. Rooms are very clean and well designed, nice having espesso machine. Superb bathroom and excellent shower. Bar area and staff were excellent too, very classy. Breakfast was very good too, mix of continental and hot breakfast. Couldnt fault anything on hote

The top floor sauna and steam room were fantastic. Bath was spacious and nice. Location was great, easy walk into old town and on bus lines. We received a very good rate over a weekend. Wi-fi in the lobby was super fast - better than my broadband back home. Very good experience all around

Reception and restaurant staff were great! Especially Pali from restaurant was really amazing! Hotel spa was lovely, we didn´t have a problem with anything. -
