The hotel staff were very attentive. Their club lounge is the best one that we have been too, really worth booking the room for the perks. - The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and the bed and cushions the most comfortable I've ever slept in!!

camera moderna spaziosa, piascina con vista unica su Singapore - I found NAUMI to be an excellent, guest-friendly, well-managed hotel and will be my 1st choice for Singapore for a long time. The roof top deck and pool were great. The buffet breakfast was extensive. As the hotel is small it felt like everything was more personal. The location was central. The staff were very helpful. A lot of time was spent showing everything that was in the hotel rooms. My daughters were able to stay in a ladies only floor.

We spent three nights at the Fullerton on out way to Bali as part of our 25th wedding anniversary. We arrived early in the morning so our room wasn't ready, we were offered an upgrade package with a twin level room overlooking the Marina, Champagne breakfast, afternoon tea and champagne with canapés in the evening. Would highly recommend, not cheap but something very special for our anniversary.

Great location in the centre of the business district. Very spacious and well equipped room. Pool, lounge area and airconditioned 'Living Room' on the 19th floor. MRT very near the hotel with sheltered walkway so no need to get wet in the heavy rain. -

An outstanding apartment with very friendly and helpful staff. There were excellent kitchen facilities to entice stay at home meals. Also there is a supermarket across the road. We were lucky to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which made our stay even more memorable. It was easy to sleep due to the very quiet rooms.

My Family and I stayed in a huge self contained 3 bedroom apartment which was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were more than helpful to answer any Questions we had and book us taxis etc. The breakfast buffet was small but adequate, beside the pool. We had lunch there as well, a couple of times, and the staff were all lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone,and I would stay there again if I was so lucky to visit Singapore again.

The staff from the doorman to the receptionist and housekeeping were polite, efficient and professional. They made our stay a very pleasant one.

Hotel itself is a cosy luxury heritage property. Rooms were large, quiet, well-appointed and spacious. We got nothing but excellent service from the staff. A mention of our 20th anniversary at booking had the manager send up a complimentary cake and card! The Scotts / Orchard Road location is ideal for tourists. The grounds and outdoor pools are great for passing a balmy afternoon.

accessibility and courteous staff. i also like their privacy system wherein your room key can only access your floor thus discouraging other people or non-hotel guest from going up - hotel under construction until november. hotel upgraded us to a beautiful room on a high floor to avoid any noise. staff was very helpful. breakfast buffet was good.

Grand Hyatt has been like a second home to me every time I'm in Singapore. The staff are very helpful, no need to question about cleanliness. Although there was a renovation at some floors, I didn't hear any noise and I was informed about this when I booked for the reservation. -

At first I have booked the weekend package and requested a smoking room.
Since the hotel practices strict policy on non smoking in their hotel
rooms we were suggested the pool terrace room which has its own balcony
and facing plus direct access to the pool. We loved the room. We will
definitely stay in the pool terrace floor again. -

I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. The staff who served me during check-in is friendly and courteous. In fact most of the staff there are helpful and friendly. What I like most is, I got a free room upgrade from Marvelous to Fabulous room! And I love the room! It is spacious and pretty with all the different lightings and designs. Our children enjoyed the large resort style pool, and a buffet breakfast with a wide range of choices.
