The reservation staff called us to reconfirm our booking & they did the same before we checked out - much appreciated for that. On their system they had a higher rate for the rooms we've booked (higher rate compared to the rate we booked online), however they managed to correct it at the same we checked in. Easy access from/to Haram, unlike other hotels. Easy access to the food court as well.

  This time, I stay there for Umrah along with my brother's family who came to visit us at Saudi from Dubai. Reception staff were very polite and friendly. I booked 2 double room ; but during mt check-in, they gave me the Royal suite with 2 rooms. It was very spacious with seperate dining room, kitchenete areas, 2 seperate bathrooms. Very reasonable value for 5 Star Hotel. All staff are very friendly. I'd to stay here again for next visit.

Good size. 7- The clock tower complex had all the facilities - masjid for gents (Level P09) and ladies (Level P10), Food court (Levels P03 & P04), Shopping (Levels P0, P01 & P02). 8- The check in and check out was very efficient and quick.
