Great place! The owner is one the friendliest people I have ever met. He lives nearby and you have to call him (number is on the entrance gate) if he's not there. He's always ready to help you if you ask him how to get somewhere, where to buy something, etc. The rooms were very clean, so was the bathroom and the kitchen. Wi-fi works perfectly (in the second room lived a guy from Moscow who had come to Toliatti on business and also had no complaints about the wi-fi). And you still feel the atmos.
